Glad to see the competition is doing well. Hurry up if you haven't posted yet, there's only one day to go. Here are a few more clues and red herrings.
- Making Saucisson de Lyon and keeping them in a dry, well aired larder for 6 months.
- A refrigerator or ventilated larder (where mains electricity not available). Northern Ireland Tourist Board standards for one star self catering accommodation.
- Drying garlic bulbs in a well-aired larder. Little Wonder Bulb
