Roger tacking up the field had nothing on 'normal' progress in a 2CV, a kind of dinghy racing on dry land, with severe wear of the door handles.
There is nothing wrong with the handling of a 2cv. I once did Nottingham to Lowestoft in only just short of even time - almost all single carriageway winding roads.
My wife, whose car it is, was displeased.
