My grouch is that there are no parallel male figures to Titty or Dorothea(looking on at the lake character books). John - imagination confined, Roger - imagination in heaps but still too 'little boyish, Dick - imagination but on a different plane, while the male readers are spoiled for choice! T'aint fair!!
