The Best of Childhood is an Amazon publication, i.e. a limited edition on sale only to TARS members. I understand there are some arcane legal reasons why this should be so. You may be able to pick up a used copy somewhere but I doubt it. Members of Tars can buy it from the TARS Stall linked below.
