Both of the books you name are certainly available in many if not most large bookshops here. If you wanted to make sure, though, there are several branches of Waterstones in central London, including one on Charing Cross Road (which has several of the main booksellers on it) and Waterstones have a web site from which you can probably email them to check availability.
