Interesting comment about this girl's mother wriing a book about their adventures.

How wonderful it is to be able to rely on machine intelligence when one's own brain cells start turning to mush and memories fade to a thin thread! Armed only with the nickname of the author, "Rosie", I played around with Amazon and hey presto the author and book tumbled out. The book that I remembered was Children Of Cape Horn by Rosie Swale.

Rambo would die in a hail of lead as soon as he got off his first shot... Today, movie heroes wield armament that would stop a tank.

An interesting observation. Some kids demolish a tank regiment every day while eating breakfast. Of course, that is only virtual reality... then when they get a little older some youngsters get to do it for real.
