The material on the Literary Pages was html, and was created if I remember correctly by Tim Johns. If people feel it would be useful to have that version readily available I would be happy to put it up as well, but I'd prefer to have Tim's agreement that it was okay.
I drafted a short e-mail and sent it to Tim via the e-mail address that is given on his very interesting and instructive WWW pages. Alas, the address given there no longer works. If anyone has an up to date e-mail address for Tim I would be very grateful to receive it by eel-mail.
