Chinese dish made of sliced jellyfish and ham.

Sliced jellyfish starters is something you can't yet buy in Tesco's.

Interestingly:

  1. It can be served as a salad in a similar manner to salade de museau
  2. It has therapeutic properties similar to pig's trotters in aspic.
I wonder if Missee Lee served jellyfish at her banquets.
