Chinese dish made of sliced jellyfish and ham.
Sliced jellyfish starters is something you can't yet buy in Tesco's.
Interestingly:
- It can be served as a salad in a similar manner to salade de museau
- It has therapeutic properties similar to pig's trotters in aspic.
I wonder if Missee Lee served jellyfish at her banquets.
