Hmm, not quite. The wall is not there. But since this is a similar but further away view of the scene in the modern picture, going by the tall building and covered walkway in both pictures, perhaps the wall is a remnant of the first building this side of the covered area on the right. A question for those of you who have actually been there, would be does the wall look like a remnant or something purposefully built there for a reason?

I found the map that you posted interesting too, since it identified the area as Oxenholm Junction, a nice connection with Strickland Junction.
