Yes, she does behave better in both. My rebuttal would be that 1) In PM, she is home in her own territory, where she is most definitely boss. Remember, she not only gets the D's and Cook to go along with her scheme, but everyone else as well. 2) IN GN, she's part of the gang, with Captain Flint in charge.
Good points, though. I need to bring my copy of SW to the office, so I can quote the section that made me think of 'evil Nancy.'
