Okay, I can take a hint, especially when I should have done it in the first plase.
Here is a screen shot of where the Bevis link takes me to. Note that this is the immediate page when I click on the link.
As you can see, the title page of the book is displayed with some other information. You can scroll through the book page by page. They also offer a download of the complete thing (I haven't tried), and a "view plain text" which is not very successful as it is machine OCR of the pages without any subsequent cleanup I think.
So it sounds like this is NOT what anyboody else sees!
