The quotation “I pass the test that says that a man who isn’t a socialist at twenty has no heart, and a man who is a socialist at forty has no head” is attributed to William Casey by a quotations website; I thought it was a Frenchman, perhaps Clemenceau. And nothing on the website on who William Casey is or when he said it!
