Mike - if you follow Peter's link it will take you to the BBC iPlayer site, select radio from the tabs at the top, then select BBC 7 and the programmes available are then listed alphabetically.
Now, as for downloading - this is not an option, this is copyright material (both source and production) and so is not one of the items the BBC can allow for downloading and consequently saving on your PC. But... as for most things Internet and PC related I'm sure a search on Google will lead you to how to do it!
