Apart from some areas of Newfoundland and Nova Scotia there were very few English speakers in what is now Canada until the late 17th century when the Hudson Bay Company (mostly staffed by Scots and Orkneymen) started to set up their trading posts in what is now northern Ontario and Manitoba.

So I don't think there is much (if any) vestige of Elizabethan speech in modern Canadian accents.
