There is one aspect in GN that might be taken to indicate that it belongs with PD. At one point one of the Ds, Dot I think, is reported as thinking of how experienced sailors the Swallows and Amazons are, competent in the ways of the sea. But outside PD and ML the Amazons had little nautical experience other than sailing Amazon on the Lake. Not much swinging hte lead there.
