This is the breakdown of cost of the vBulletin board I help to administrate and moderate:
Server costs = £804.00 per year
PO Box = £120.00 per year
Domain names = £80.00
vBulletin Licence = £50.00
Server backups = £110.00
The server cost is obviously the big one - running and setting up vBulletin is relatively cheap and simple.
