Yes, I looked there when this last came up (IIRC it was one of Wol's Scotland Yard questions). Rather a disappointing site, actually. Nothing like Inspector Alleyn's or Superintendent Appleby's Scotland Yard! We may hope their institutional memory includes the phrase, which sounds rather like a screamer from the popular press:

'BIG FIVE' SNARE BILLINGSGATE SLASHER!!!
