Well I could, but as Woll mentioned, the archives are still available here:
http://es-scripts.lancs.ac.uk/tarboard/archive.htm

Just download them all and extract them all to a folder

Then in windows search there is a box for "A word or phrase in the file:" which works fine for a single word or a contiguous phrase

If you need more sophisticated search options, you will need a more sophisticated search tool
