This has been in the news a lot recently. The London Daily Telegraph has had a correspondence running for the last few days. Today's letters include one from Robert Vincent of Wildhern, Hampshire:
"SIR, When the world's navies have overcome the problem and captured the ringleaders, what will be done with all the surplus parrots?"
