Seedcake and Bunloaf and other British foods

As I read the Swallows and Amazon books, some of the British words seem unfamilar to me, an American. Trivial as it may seem, I would like it if anyone could tell me what seedcake, meat pie, steak and kidney pie and bunloaf are.
