Coincidentally my first full time job was at Babcock and Wilcox, a steam power station boiler making company, London office on Great Dover Street, the other end of Marshalsea Road. But that was only 32 years ago. Its now Kings College university accommodation I gather. The company has gone through a number of transformations and the part I worked for is now Korean owned Doosan Babcock Energy.
