On the other hand, my ambition for years was to smoke a real Romeo y Julietta. But when I did I was actually quite disappointed with it. I later found an unknown Jamaican brand (whose name I no longer remember) that was a far nicer smoke.

The Dutch made (and still make) pdg cigars for the same reason that their speculaas are the best-ever spice biscuits -- because they had the Indies trade for so long.
