A Romeo y Julietta is a good smoke if smoked slowly. The best cigars I have smoked (when the were offfered to me) were Hoyo de Monterrey Double Corona and Montecristo No 2.
Most top quality cigar tobacco is grown in either Cuba or Dominica.

If I had 3 months to live, I would seriously consider taking up pipe and cigar smoking again. However with a decent cigar costing about £16 I am not sure whether my money would last!
