I reran the statement as if a student turned it in. The statement had absolutely zero matches on the internet search engine. I have done quite a few such searches and none ever turn up zero. It is either completely original or the baak has never been on the web. I find that hard to believe given the Naval historian fanatics in the world.
What is annoying is that it missed the reference on the TARBoard site, which means TURNITIN does not crawl TARS and I find that impossible to beleive given AR's standing. Something is amiss here?
