Classic photos of the Norfolk Broads

While I agree that this photo captures much of the tranquility of the Broads (except of course that there is a car in it!), if you want to see many old photos of the Broads, including the locations in CC and BS, wherries and wherrymen, Flashes racing, eel-catchers, Hullabaloos and lots more, could I recommend two 125pp books of photos by David Holmes, entitled 'The Norfolk Broads' and 'Back to the Broads'. These are in the Britain in Old Photographs series, and while out of print (I think) Amazon has 10 copies of the latter but only one of the first (search on "David Holmes" Norfolk Broads).

The Museum of the Broads suggest that theye have an online image collection, but I couldn't find it. Might be worth enquiring. (By the way, they are still fund-raising to secure their premises at Stalham staithe).
