Perhaps that has led to some misunderstanding. I should have said something like, "These days, now that I am 74,..." I did not mean to imply that I turned 74 TODAY, it is just that today I am 74, and was 74 yesterday, and the day before, and...
For the record, in case any one is tracking such, I offically became 74 on April 21, 2009. And for what that is worth, that was the Queen's ninth birthday back in '35 when I came into the world.
Sorry 'bout any confusion, and many THANKS for the "Pleasant Returns" extended to me in honor, uh, honour of that occasion.
I am proud of having survived a Quadruple Bypass Heart operation back in February of 2002. It was like becoming a new MAN compared with that grabbing of the chest with Angina every time I made any move at all.
I am especially glad "I made it" because otherwise, I would have missed out on SO MUCH these past few years with the fantastic learning experience of my daily visit to TarBoard. I am grateful to you all for your insight, patience, and willingness to explain the nuances of All Things Ransome.
