That's the point I was trying to make - although, it occures even to me that sailing in a small dinghy without a life vest is cutting it a bit fine. I used to crew in a 19 t. Lightning and handing over the side in a 20 knot breeze made me feel grateful for a PFD (personal flotation device). The fact that the other crew member was a blonde Swedish girl wearing a very skimpy bikini added to the sense of danger too.
