I remember spotting a continuity error last time I read the two Broad's books.
In CC, Tom uses the mudweight (painted green to protect from rust) of the Titmouse to sound down Breydon Water in the fog.
In BS, he has to tie up to the Death and Glory on Ranworth Broad because he hasn't got a mudweight.
What happened to it? Any theories?
