The Swallows and Amazons climbed Kanchenjunga on the 11th August, and purely by chance we happened to do the same last Tuesday 11th August - we didn't even realise the coincidence until we reached the top!
Sadly the weather was not similar - we had good views on the way up but five minutes after reaching the summit could not see a thing and came down in rain and a stiff breeze.
