This anomaly has been noted before.
SD is an interesting book as there were originally some linking text pages which gave the reader a precis of SA and an insight into PD.
These linking notes appeared up to and including the 3rd impression and disappeared without trace thereafter.
In addition AR had problems with the text with SA being dated 1929 and SD (the following year fictionally) set in 1931
It would appear that the 1932 reprints in July and August were amagamated.
