Peter, do you know if it makes any sense to try and order this from the U.S.? The item is listed on amazon.com in the U.S. but the available copies all ship from secondary sources with prices more or less comparable. For a decent shipping charge I'd need to order surface shipping from the U.K. All of which means perhaps overseas folk should purchase locally but make a separate donation to NBT?
