Leeds University Physical Education Dept. used to lease a farmhouse somewhere near Seathwaite from the National Trust. It was fairly primitive, bunk beds and so on but perhaps there are better equipped properties or you would be allowed to do one up.
I think TARS had thought about a Lakes "Clubhouse" in its earlier days but it could be a major expense for the benefit of limited number of members.
Some sort of time-share might work but it would need organizing and managing.
