Of course John, and I have admiration for the Dutch teenager who has just returned (sorry her name escapes me), but myself at that age had none of that kind of courage or spirit of adventure so I couldn't picture myself doing such a thing, and so couldn't identify with the Swallows in WDMTGTS.
All the books are well written, and I think AR is the only writer where I have read everyone in a series. Just I have favourites as we all do!
