The Sunday Times Books section for September 12 features Michael Dibdin in the Bibliofile column. He says "Arthur Ransome's Swallows and Amazon's stands out. I enjoyed the idea of lots of children doing things collectively, but without supervision" Included is a picture of Swallow with full crew.
