Wow. To be fair, if you did have that sort of money, you'd get a lot of house for your money... I assume it's the use restrictions that have kept a lid on the price - if a developer thought they could turn it into holiday apartments or a hotel it would be astronomical... How rich is TARs? A TARs Outdoor Activities Centre sounds like a great idea!!
