The Dudgeon and Farland familes are pretty close, all this "Aunty" and "Uncle" stuff. We know that Ella Dudgeon brought up the twins. I wonder if Mrs Farland died while being tended by Dr Dudgeon... sort of thing that makes people either never want to see each other again, or inseparable. Are the families also related by marriage?
