I wonder how many TARS have tried, as I have, using the 'Synchronise' and 'Work Offline' functionality in Internet Explorer 5.
Essentially, this allows you to download a Web page for use offline ALONG WITH all the links from that page. You can sepcify that you want to follow links only one thread deep, say, and not to leave a particular site.
Such settings are ideal for viewing TARBOARD, a process which, in the past, has been an expensive one in terms of telephone time used.
