In the chapter RED-HAIRED BOY, the SWALLOW goes for a sail around the outer harbour. "They saw the Government fishery vessel, with the reindeer horns from Lapland fastened up on the bridge."
Why would a government fishing vessel - presumably British - have reindeer horns from Lapland on its bridge?
