I have plans for two of his canvas cruising kayaks, a 13' single-seater (PBK27) and a 17' double-seater (PBK18 MkII.) The 17' plans are still unused. I don't remember how much they cost, but I bought the 13' plans for 18/6 Australian back in 1962 (not long after I discovered AR's masterpieces.) I built that kayak over a period of about three months that year, working after school and at weekends. I've travelled countless miles in her over the years since -- river, lake, bay, and ocean -- and yes, she's still in use 37 years later, and what's more she's still unholed. I followed the plans for sailing gear, too, and find that she bowls along about as fast as I can paddle when going flat out. She'll head about 4 points off the wind when beating, too, which I reckon is really something.
It's nice to know that there are some other Percy Blandford fans still out there. You don't happen to know if Blandfords have a website, do you, and if so what the URL is?
