I have the first US (MacMillan) edition, 1940. Looks to be SSW 1/2 W in that. The lines are very clear. This is the same edition that appears to show a painter trailing behind Goblin "On the way to the Islands", leading me to believe that (coupled with the lack of a border to the picture) originally the picture was larger, but was cropped later in the editing/publishing process. Unfortunately, even at 1200x1200 (native resolution for my scanner) the result comes up blurred. I can try photographing it when I get the time and see if that turns out better.
