My usual association of music with books is what I happened to be listening to when I first read them, with AR place and season is much stronger - WH for season and CC & BS for place (I had holidays on the Broads as a child) and SW as I live in that area (until a few years ago in Quay Lane leading to Witch's Cottage!)
