So it does - although if you type a single TarBoard you don't get that in the results for some reason. No idea who set it up or when but it's clearly intended to be related to this TarBoard. No posts, 1 follower - and it's private. It is possible someone set it up some time ago simply to preempt the name, similar to registering a domain name to protect it, but I don't know.
