Well, I moved (in Australia) to country that I like to consider is somewhat like the Broads -- the flatlands around the northern end of Western Port in Victoria. I lived there for ten years, and loved it.

There are some photos at the link. I've been told by some Englanders though that we have more trees here, so it doesn't really qualify....

If you look carefully at the background chart you can see a little round blob about a quarter of the way along the top edge, which was where I lived. The boat shown in the fourth photo is my clinker dinghy Aileen Louisa, while the one with the blue sail-cover and the access ladder alongside her in the drying berth is Sanderling. That mud berth was right outside my back gate, and I could have sailed Sanderling from there all the way to Secret Water if I'd wanted to.
