'Beginning Already' from PP has a splendid, happy feel, and when I think of AR's books that's the chapter that first comes to my mind even though it's not my favourite book- which is PM.
To complicate things, I'm also impelled to go back to 'Lost! Two days and a boat' from WD. The entire run-down at the end of WD (Holland onwards) is such a sustained and brilliant piece of atmospheric creation, my favourite 'section' from AR.
