The last sailing boat I had, on the water, was a Talisman Mk 3 built in Cambridge, called Kittiwake. My current craft, moored on the drive, is a Kestrel 22, complete with trailer, purchased about five years ago as a ptrject for my old age!!!
Whern I purchased the Kestrel it had a 4'6" headroom but by carefully cutting around the cabin top and supporting it with three-quarter inch marine plywood increases the headroom to just under 6'.
I've stiil got plenty of work to do, but it keeps me off the streets!!
