Dave — Very well put. I think that you are abolutely right. If it is a case of assemblage there are several gullies running N - S in the Beacon Fell area that are well hidden but have no beck.

Duncan — Yes, that's the one and the best that I can come up with except the aforementioned Collingwood drawing made in 1929.
