I'm not a marmalade fan, but I make a mean crushed pineapple jam. (2 20-oz. cans crushed pineapple, 5 cups sugar, & a packet of pectin. Follow standard canning procedure if you want to keep it on the shelf.) There's several jars of applesauce on the shelf- I'm considering what to do with them.....
