I have never seen Ransome prints as such but I have heard that some people will take apart an old book and frame up the illustration pages. This would be legal as far as I know with respect to copyright etc.. If you could find an old and battered hardback cheap, then it might be worth doing. From my (Canadian) experience it is the framing that costs money, not so much the picture!
