Jolly good job, Rob. Thank you for giving the authorities a kick up the posterior to find the funds and get the job done properly. I'm glad you had the time and inclination to keep on at them.
Obviously no AR fan will approve of the door and window, but I guess those who spent the money have a good reason. We like squatters in terms of Dick & Dot, but not in terms of those who leave rubbish and filth everywhere, denying others enjoyment of the building.
"It hasn't fallen down yet" is a great motto to sum up with!
