This is the problem with economics - some one sets a price - such as 150 pounds per photo - which means that if you cannot generate a 10% return on the photo per annum you can not use it.
There are better models - the real point is to maximize everyone's total profit - but economists are slow
So the executors miss an opportunity in the hope someone will pay 150 per shot
We have a long way to go as a capitalist society
